VKS DISK FINISHING MACHINES - 50L
VKS 3D50L machine is a stand-alone machine for the finishing of the plastic and metal AM/3D parts. It is operated without integrated loader, screener, and media return system.
VKS machines are defined with low cost and high energy, and they are up to 10 times higher in productivity when compared to vibratory finishing machines.
VKS machines feature universal applications, from high gloss polishing to aggressive deburring and radiusing. They can be equipped with manual separation unit and independent vibratory screening machine VKYE 50 type. Manual or electric tilting for easy parts unloading, high water levels allows gentle processing of delicate parts. Spinner and work bowl are lined with hot poured cast polyurethane. Bowl geometry allows high uptime on spinner and bowl.
