VKS DISK FINISHING MACHINES - 100L
VKS 3D100L machine is a stand-alone machine for the finishing of the plastic and metal AM/3D parts. It is operated without integrated loader, screener, and media return system.
VKS machines are defined with low cost and high energy, and they are up to 10 times higher in productivity when compared to vibratory finishing machines.
VKS machines feature universal applications, from high gloss polishing to aggressive deburring and radiusing. They are equipped with integral vibratory screening machine VKYE 80 type. Manual or electric tilting for easy parts unloading High water levels allows gentle processing of delicate parts. Spinner and work bowl are lined with hot poured cast polyurethane. Bowl geometry allows high uptime on spinner and bowl.
